About Netbase JSC
Established January 2012
Netbase JSC is a consulting-led software company founded in 2012 and headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam. We have served 500+ clients in 80 countries, mainly in the United States, Europe and Asia-Pacific, from our single office in Hanoi. Every service is delivered remotely; onsite work is available on request.
What we do. Consulting, solutions, custom development and AI-enabled digital transformation come first: digital transformation consulting, custom software and web application development, e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Magento 2, Laravel and headless commerce), web-to-print and product personalization platforms, AI integration, ERP and CRM systems, cloud applications and fractional CTO/CIO leadership. For AI work we use models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Meta, chosen per project, and we apply the ISO/IEC 42001 AI management framework to our own AI delivery practice.
Our niche. We have delivered 50+ custom web-to-print platforms for printers in apparel, packaging, signage, promotional merchandise and corporate B2B portals. After we reworked checkout, search and navigation for 4over4, a US online printing store, 4over4 reported 82% higher e-commerce revenue within six months.
How we work. Most projects run on fixed-price contracts agreed after discovery. Dedicated development teams of 3 to 30 people, on-demand support and fully managed delivery are secondary options. Work typically starts within 1-2 weeks after discovery. Every engagement has weekly reviews, KPI dashboards, and a dedicated account manager and project manager. Delivery communication is in English. Clients own the IP created for them in custom development.
Netbase JSC holds ISO 27001 certification and a SOC 2 Type II attestation.
Our product brands. CMSmart (product customizers and personalized e-commerce), Printcart (web-to-print and print-on-demand), Cloodo (AI-powered digital workplace), Poslor (real estate operating system) and Storelly (D2C commerce platform).
