The PVC valve is a control device which sends partially air that come from the electric air pump / foot pump / hand pump to the inflatable balloon or chamber or deflates air from the inflatable balloon or chamber. Although its name might sound very complicated, it is a very simple device and its function can be easily understood. The PVC valve helps keeping the inflatable balloon in proper shape.
